DPD is excited to bring the enhanced Small Business Improvement Fund (SBIF) program to another Chicago community. The Central West TIF will rollout for new SBIF applications from November 1st to November 30th at 5 pm. $330,000 will be available.  

DPD and SomerCor will host a webinar on Wednesday, November 3rd at 1 pm, to provide an overview of the SBIF program and application process. We ask for your help to notify small businesses and property owners in the TIF about both the rollout and the webinar and encourage them to visit the new SBIF website, chicago.gov/sbif, to register for the webinar and find the application.

Applications will be accepted starting on Monday, November 1st and must be received by SomerCor by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30th.
