Since 2014, we've worked with hundreds of teams globally and tens of thousands of participants to build employee engagement, communication, and collaboration, through the artform of improvisational comedy.

Usually, our workshops are facilitated privately to client teams and organizations. However, on March 2nd we'll be inviting leaders from all different organizations to experience our improv-based Effective Communication Workshop, network, and laugh more than a normal Thursday!

The workshop will be led by improve it!’s professional improvisers --- all who have trained and performed at top theaters in Chicago and around the United States. The workshop will provide you with an intimate, and hands-on experience to show you exactly what we do.
