On Monday, May 18, 27th Ward Alderman Walter Burnett, Jr. will host a community meeting regarding the proposed zoning change for the property located at 1152 W. Randolph. The zoning change is for a C1-3 to a Type 1, DX-3 with FAR of 3.0.
