The proposed project is for the re-development of Subarea B of PD1359: a 7-story office building 109 feet high containing ~63,000 square inches of retail on the ground floor and office space on the upper floors, with an interim use of an outdoor patio for the existing restaurant. No changes are being made to Subarea A of PD1359.
Each development in the West Loop must undergo a public review process, which involves a presentation of the project to the community. Participation at these open meetings is crucial. It is an opportunity for the developer to hear the comments and concerns of the community, and it is a format through which your voices can be heard. Strong public input can change the course of a project, so please consider attending community development meetings as frequently as possible. We look forward to seeing you there!
Please contact Carla M. Agostinelli, WLCO’s Executive Director, at carla@westloop.org or via telephone at 312-666-1991 with any comments, questions or concerns about the proposed development.
